Visitor Parking Registration Procedure

Visitor’s parking is available for anyone visiting Clintwood Non-Profit Housing Co-operative. All residents must register their guest vehicles for Visitor’s Parking.

There are visitor parking spots available for members. South Visitor’s Parking and North Visitor’s Parking. Visitor’s parking spots are available on first come first served basis and all residents must register their guests. There are two ways to register your guests to park their vehicles in visitor’s parking:

2. Send an email at [email protected]

Visitor Parking Registration Procedure:

Residents can register their guest vehicle for visitors parking by sending a TEXT Message to Identigate Security Services Inc. at (647) 951-3535 or sending an email at [email protected] . When sending a text message or email, please provide your Full name, Unit number, Visitor’s name, Vehicle make and Vehicle license plate number.

Each Clintwood Non-Profit Housing Co-operative household unit is eligible for no more than 10 visitor passes per month. If additional visitor parking is required, please contact on site property management office, during working hours at (416) 391-4233 or send email at [email protected].

Please register all guests before 11:30 PM.

Please be advised that all members must display parking permit while parking in their allotted member’s parking spots. If you need one, please contact the office during business hours.

Unauthorized vehicles parked at Visitor’s Parking Spots will be tagged/or towed away at vehicle owner’s expense by Toronto PoliceParking Enforcement.
